Within the scope of entrepreneurship, which is one of the main dynamics of economic development, there is a great need for a comprehensive ecosystem that includes various social and economic interactions that facilitate private, public and higher education sectors. As one of the important steps towards supporting a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem in Turkiye, we are pleased to invite you to the ‘III. International Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research Congress(UGİAK 2025) , which will be held between 6-8 November 2025.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Social Innovation Agency, Kapsul Technology Platform, innopark and Konya Teknokent are participating in UGİAK 2025, which will be organised by Entrepreneur Businessmen Foundation, Necmettin Erbakan University, NEVA Foundation with the main theme of ‘Big Data and Artificial Intelligence as stakeholder institutions and organisations. With the congress, it is aimed to develop entrepreneurship activities based on technology production and transfer in Turkiye and to increase the number of entrepreneur academicians, as well as to determine the existing deficiencies and areas of need in the economic, social and legal grounds related to entrepreneurship activities, to produce common solutions for them and to increase the interactions between private, public and higher education sectors on the subject. The congress, which will bring together a large number of national and international scientists from different fields of expertise on the entrepreneurship axis, as well as business world experts, public sector representatives, NGOs and independent researchers, is expected to make a significant contribution to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Turkey with numerous policy and strategy recommendations. In this context, the outputs of the congress will be presented as a strategy document to the relevant Ministries, especially the sponsoring Ministries, namely the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

UGİAK 2025 participants will have the chance to meet with national and international entrepreneurs and investors on the same platform, as well as participate in numerous panels, exhibitions and workshops during the two-day event. Within the framework of our country's medium and long-term development goals, regional and national stakeholders in the private and public sectors as well as the scientific world will participate and contribute to the congress in order to support and encourage innovative and high value-added entrepreneurship activities in the economic and social field.
