Abstract Submission and Registration Process
Click on the “Log In” button in the upper right corner of our conference website, then click on the “Register” button in the lower section.
After completing the registration process, log in to the system.
The panel login screen may display multiple conferences or symposiums. Select the “UGİAK 2025” option from this screen.
Click on the ‘Paper’ tab in the left menu and select the “Paper Submission” option from the menu that opens.
There is a ready-to-use text template on the application screen. After editing your paper according to this template and filling in the required fields, you can complete the upload process.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and give a presentation. Once this condition is met, the relevant abstracts will be published in the program and the abstract book.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that you have entered your account name correctly. Otherwise, the payment will fail.
- Those who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper (including co-authors) must also register by the ‘Registration Deadline’ and pay the Audience/Accompanying Person fee.
